EdBlocks 1.2 - The Performance & Compatibility Update This is a major update focused on optimizing the plugin for busy servers and supporting a wider range of Minecraft versions.
🚀 Major Performance Optimizations Rewrote the core BlockPlaceEvent, drastically reducing CPU usage on busy servers.WorldGuard region checks also now use a HashSet for lookups, making region checking instantaneous.The plugin is now significantly lighter and more efficient for high-traffic BoxPvP or practice servers.
📦 Multi-Version Support (1.18 - 1.21) The plugin is now compiled against the 1.18.2 API (Java 17).
A single .jar file now supports all Spigot/Paper server versions from 1.18.x to 1.21.x.
Added softdepend: [WorldGuard] to plugin.yml to ensure correct load order on server startup.
⚙️ Quality The config.yml has been completely rewritten with detailed comments for every option, making configuration much easier.
Improved feedback messages for the /edblocks reload command.
Added a new plugin logo!
