EcoLobby

This update is technical and focuses on the plugin code. There are few new features - the main focus is on optimization and config reworking

• The config structure has been reworked - large sections have been moved to separate files
• Separate settings have been added for each world
• Custom items are now stored in separate configurations instead of one shared file
