Improvements

• Added item frame "item", "fixed" and "visible" properties
• Added /eas give <player>
  • Gives the tool to another player
  • Requires the easyarmorstands.give.other permission
  • Always creates a new item instead of attempting to select an existing item (useful with shop plugins)

• Fixes being able to duplicate items on survival mode servers
