Changed party commands revamp (create, invite, accept, decline, leave, kick, disband, members) admin commands (edit, save, purge, setspawn → spawnPoints.json persistence) instances auto‑purged when empty

Fixed missing HUD in instance_… worlds offline player names display permission checks (dungeon.admin)
