🔧 Configurable Firework Attack Delay (Max-Firework-Delay).

You can now adjust this value in config.yml to fine-tune firework abuse detection.

🐛 Debug Mode for KomarA (KomarA-Debug-Mode).

When enabled (true in config.yml), it logs information about firework usage and detected violations.

🐛 Debug Mode for KomarC (KomarC-Debug-Mode).

When enabled (true in config.yml), it logs information about what players hold in hand while use Firework.
