🧹 Message System Cleanup

• Removed messages.yml — all messages are now fully migrated into config.yml for simplified configuration.
• Fixed issues where messages were not updating correctly after reload.

⛔ KomarB Decommissioned

• KomarB check has been officially deprecated and disabled.
• Configuration now clearly reflects its non-functional status.
