This is a small maintenance release focused on compatibility and a ton of bug fixes and uploader improvements.

• Use dedicated exception for absolute path (redo GraphApiException) — improves error clarity.
• Fix S3Uploader to respect remote save directory.
• Fix FTP remote directory handling.
• Prevent external backups from sometimes using the same temp folder.
• Avoid index exceptions in the status command.
• Print stack trace on local backup failures when a generic exception occurs.
• Remove rogue character in workflow and miscellaneous actions dependency bumps.

• Fast-track international config that require no modifications to the latest version provided.
