DripStone Recipe FIX

Rebuilt from scratch as three separate artifacts, all under GPL-3.0.

• One mod jar covering Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt from 1.18 to 26.2, using data pack overlays to serve the three different recipe formats in that range
• One server plugin jar covering the whole Bukkit family and Sponge from 1.19.4 to 26.2, now with /dripstonerecipefix on|off|status|reload, a config file with a configurable output amount, automatic recipe book unlocking, proper Folia region scheduling and bStats reporting
• One datapack zip covering 1.18 to 26.2 for vanilla servers and worlds
