- Fix: legacy
&colour codes stayed visible when the text also contained<...>decoration (e.g.&7<&bVIP&7>). Such texts are parsed as legacy again; MiniMessage is used when no legacy codes are present. - The jar reports its real version in /plugins. Tested on Paper 1.21.11 and 26.2.
