V1 — Foundation Overhaul (from the original decompiled WorldContoller 2.0.0)

• Rebuilt the project on a proper Maven build (pom.xml, Java 21, Paper 1.21 API) instead of loose decompiled sources.
• Introduced the per-player visibility configuration system with three-state master switches (true / false / personalize) and individual options, split into two observer groups: regular players and other controllers.
• Added an interactive, clickable chat interface for /controller config.
• Implemented tab-list control via ProtocolLib: an invisible controller can remain listed in the tab (or be removed from it) independently of entity visibility.
• Added persistence for active controllers, their configs, and pending inventories across restarts.
• Added a glow system letting controllers see a glowing outline on regular players.
• Removed the old cooldown system entirely (cooldown package deleted).
• Reworked tsunamis and the tree grower/ungrower (sapling, log, and leaf handling per species).
• Added new disguise abilities, including the axolotl dash and the creaking phase.
• Added the worldcontroller.use permission and blocked advancement grants for controllers.
