DisMineBridge – v0.2.1 (Moderation Reintroduction Update)

DisMineBridge v0.2.1 continues the reboot started in v0.2.0 and reintroduces the first moderation features on top of the new, clean core.

This release is still part of active development and focuses on restoring essential moderation tools while keeping the new Discord-first architecture intact.

✨ New Features

🛡️ Moderation (Early Stage)

The first moderation commands are back:

👻 Vanish System

• /vanish
• Makes staff invisible to normal players
• Join and quit messages are hidden while vanished
• Designed for silent moderation and observation

🔨 Ban Command (Temporary Only)

• /ban <player> <reason> <duration>
• Temporary bans are functional
• Duration-based punishments supported

⚠️ Permanent bans are NOT working yet
This is a known limitation and will be fixed in one of the next releases.

• ❌ Permanent bans currently do not work

  • The command exists but does not apply permanent punishments correctly
  • Fix is already planned for an upcoming version

• 🧪 Moderation system is still incomplete

  • No mute, warn, or kick yet
  • No punishment history or menus

• Moderation features were rebuilt to match the new v0.2.x architecture
• Vanish and ban systems are modular and prepared for extension
