Added
- Achievement notifications in the Discord cross-chat bridge — fires when a linked player completes an advancement. Respects /gamerule announceAdvancements, skips recipes/root.
- Modrinth update checker — checks for new releases on plugin enable. Notifies the server console, posts to the Discord bridge channel, and shows a clickable link to OPs (or discordgate.admin) on join.
