Despawn Events
When Items despawn, they should do things. Replants forgotten saplings.

Saplings
All saplings will replant themselves when on Grass, Dirt, or Podzol. Sticks become Deadbushes on Grass, Dirt, Podzol, Sand, and Red Sand.
Bones
If they despawn on dirt, it infuses life by converting it to Grass. Bones that despawn can infuses life into Grass creating any flower, with a VERY low chance of turning into Eyeblossoms or Wither Roses. However, in the Nether the soul energy allows it to reanimate into a Wither Skeleton. Bones that despawn on Stone infuse life into the stone, infesting it.
Rotten Flesh
If Rotten Flesh is forgotten about, it becomes a problem once more. In the Nether it will reanimate into a Zombified Piglin. In the overworld, it will reanimate into a drowned if in water, husk if on sand, or just a normal zombie anywhere else.
