Changes:

Instead of relying on the insecure operator check when executing commands, now uses deltasave.admin for all commands.

These permissions may be controlled by permissions plugins such as LuckPerms or UltraPermissions, which is why a check was added to detect if either of these plugins are currently installed on your server.

As a result of the config.yml change for the new naming of sound effects, you may need to delete your old config.yml and restart your server to generate the newest one.
