Huge stability upgrade

• AUTOMATIC Resource pack installer, it opens a server at port 8000 (you can change it in the plugin config)
• Improved a lot the particle system
• Reworked shockwave, now it's FAST and beatiful
• Enhanced the effects from the nuclear bomb
• Trees now tilt in the direction of the shockwave
• Custom biome handling
• Ambient aware flash effect and radiation burns
• Camera shake effect on shockwave hit
• Reworked the command system, and added QoL improvements
• Updated to the new minecraft datapack and resource pack standard (you can manually choose the pack format version in the config for manual version override)
• Reworked much of the core structure so that further development is way faster
