DeathCompass Version 1.6.4 - Cross dimension support & new QoL features

New additions

• Added cross-dimension support
• Added /removecompass to remove compass from inventory
• Added /permremovecompass to disable automatic compass giving on player respawn for each player individually
• Added "Are you sure" prompt for /removecompass
• Added "Are you sure" prompt for /permremovecompass (disable automatic giving)
• Added clickable option to disable automatic compass giving after running /removecompass - skips "Are you sure" message for /permremovecompass
