• Added plugin-individualized language management
• Added a new bStats metric: Tracked deaths (deaths tracked by plugin)
• Added the /deaths and /death commands:

/deaths : opens the /dl players menu
/deaths (username) : opens the /dl player menu for the specified player

• Improved the reload command
• Added more permission customizability to allow for non-admin-only use

deathlogger.teleport.[all/self] : Teleport to any/your own death location
deathlogger.inventory.[take/give] : Give yourself/the dead player the inventory from a certain death
deathlogger.inventory.view.[all/self] : See the contents of your own/all players' deaths

• Properly registered all permissions to appear properly in permissions editors
