DeathHolograms

This update is mostly to add support for the FancyHologram plugin. It is an optional dependency that allows you to use MiniMessages in the DeathHologram designs.
Please note FancyHolograms only works on Paper, not Spigot and its for versions 1.19.4 and above. Check out the Wiki page here for more details and examples on how to take advantage of this optional dependency.

• Updated DecentHologram support to their most recent version (2.10.0)
• Fixed A bug where you were getting a notification of an update for this plugin, even if you were on the most recent update.
• Added a new message. Please add this to your language file
