finally: release!

changes:

• new discord api wrapper (easier for me to develop :3 )
• replaced the text command system with the new fancy discord slash commands
• fixed some waypoint parsing issues
• fixed markdown related text handling

this all basically works the same way it did before but with some stuff to polish and make it "1.0"-ish
