ForgeDash 4.5 completes the post-4.0 interface and workflow updates for NeoForge servers.

Reports and Player Care

Added /dash ticket and /dash report <player> for all players without granting dashboard access.
Added short-lived, single-use HTTPS links to a dedicated report-only page with no login prompt or access to other routes.
Added bounded automatic context, staff replies, status and priority controls, notes, deletion, filtering and pagination.
Rebuilt player results as responsive cards with avatars, interactive 3D skin rendering and a static fallback.
Added visible linked Dash-account state and permission-aware account actions.

Added first-run Light, Normal (recommended) and Full functionality profiles, plus a separate beta opt-in.
Added per-feature availability settings and persistent sidebar drag, hide and restore controls for mouse and touch.

Added the full Intelligence feature set and bounded Shadow Boot execution.
Condensed Guardian into paged investigation, case, protection, recovery and retention workflows.
Replaced Doctor with optional Dash AI and retained deterministic diagnostics in Maintenance.
Added server-side Gemini keys, consent, redaction, cancellable streaming, model and thinking controls, local quota limits and 30-day conversation retention.
Kept mutations behind expiring proposals, permission rechecks, reasons, confirmation, replay prevention, restore points and audits.

Ships dedicated NeoForge builds for Minecraft 1.21 through 1.21.11 and 26.2.
Uses Java 21 for 1.21.x and Java 25 for 26.2.
Expanded English and Spanish coverage and refined route motion, loading feedback, responsive layouts and reduced-motion behavior.
Preserved signed NeoDash SSO and the configured HTTPS return origin.
