Event Rewards and Token Command Update

Feature update focused on event-based token rewards, a cleaner /token command flow, and better transaction tools.

Added

• Added configurable token rewards through events.yml.
• Added default disabled examples for mob kills, block breaks, movement windows, and timed rewards.
• Added /token about, /token info, and /token version.
• Added config toggles for balance, baltop, and transaction log commands.

Changed

• Moved admin actions into /token give/take/set/reset/rollback/reload/purge.
• Updated command help and default messages around the newer /token flow.
• Updated admin permission nodes to cybertokens.command.token.*.

Fixed

• Improved transaction history storage for transaction ids, rollback state, and old transaction cleanup.
• Improved startup and command registration compatibility on older server versions.

Notes / Recommendations

• Restart your server after updating.
• Back up your CTK database before updating if you use transaction history or rollback tools.
• Review the new default config.yml and events.yml examples if you want the new command toggles or event rewards.
• If you used old /eco admin commands, update them to /token commands.
