Cut Clean Reborn

Paper 26.3 support

• Added the first CutClean Reborn release for Paper on Minecraft 26.3.
• Runs entirely server-side; players can join with a normal Minecraft client.

In-game configuration

• Added the /ccr config administration menu for configuring the plugin directly in-game.
• Added configurable mob drops, cooked food, extra XP, collection range, and Looting behavior.
• Added configurable ore drops, auto-smelting, Fortune behavior, and ore XP bonuses.

UHC gameplay

• Added Timber with configurable tools, sneak-only mode, leaf breaking, apples, and break time.
• Added Better Sugar Cane with configurable extra drops.
• Added personal Clean Stacks settings for wood and stone.

Equipment rules

• Added automatic enchantments for configured armor and tools.
• Added armor limits by material type or precise item targets.
• Added enchantment caps by item category or precise item targets.
• Added optional XP refunds when an enchantment or anvil operation is reduced by an active cap.
• Added configurable unique mace protection.
