A massive milestone release with 30 languages, new player experience features, and deep customization.

🌟 New Features

• Warm Welcome – send a configurable message to new players on their first join (per‑language).
• Request Logging – log all TPA actions to a file (tpa.log) for moderation and tracking.
• Visual Effects – spawn particles on teleportation (configurable type and count).

⚡ Bypass Permissions

• Added granular bypass nodes: customtpa.bypass.delay, customtpa.bypass.cooldown, customtpa.bypass.blacklist, customtpa.bypass.limit.

⏱ Daily Request Limit

• Limit how many TPA requests a player can send per day. Resets automatically.

⏳ Configurable Request Timeout

• Request timeout is now a config option in config.yml (default 60s).

🌍 30 Languages

• All messages (including warm welcome) are available in 30 languages with automatic per‑player detection.

🔧 Improvements

• Request logging system writes to tpa.log for moderation.
• Teleport particles add a nice visual touch.
• warm-welcome-message can be customized per language.
• All features can be enabled/disabled directly in config.yml.
• Improved code structure and performance.
• Works on Spigot, Bukkit, Paper, Purpur, and Folia (1.21.1+).
