⚡ v1.8.0 – Cooldown, World Blacklist & Update Checker Toggle (Paper/Purpur/Folia)

⚡ New Features

• Request Cooldown – players must wait a configurable amount of time before sending another request (prevents spam).
• World Blacklist – block teleport requests to/from specific worlds (e.g., arenas, event areas).
• Update Checker Toggle – enable or disable the automatic update checker directly in config.yml.

🔧 Technical Improvements

• All new features are configured through the new config.yml file.
• Cooldown, blacklist, and update checker settings apply instantly via /ctpa reload.
• 19 languages updated with new messages for cooldown and world blacklist.

✨ Features

• Chat buttons, teleport delay with sound, auto-accept mode, GUI, and all existing functions continue to work flawlessly on Paper, Purpur, and Folia.
• Folia-compatible teleportation and scheduling remain fully supported.

📁 Configuration

The new config.yml file is automatically generated on first run and contains all settings.
