Custom Broadcast Speak

Added Player-to-Speaker Communication: Players can now respond back to the speaker, and OP players can view these conversations. Shorter Commands: Commands have been shortened to /cs, /cw, /rw, with /cs reload for reloading the configuration. Configurable Colors: Colors for whispers, brackets, and message formatting are now set through the configuration file (config.yml).
