v1.1 — Color & Display Fixes

Fixed

• All chat messages in /nexus commands now correctly display colors instead of showing raw & color codes as plain text
• Action bar no longer shows a blue diamond — replaced ✦ (unsupported unicode) with MP label that renders in all clients
• Action bar heart symbol ❤ replaced with HP label for the same reason
• ChatUtil.color() was not being applied to concatenated message strings in several commands — all affected messages are now wrapped correctly
