Crouch-Jump

I don't like how the comments in config.yml were written, so I decided to make them less terrible before uploading this plugin to websites like SpigotMC and Modrinth (hi, Modrinth!)

Added features:

• Edited comments in config.yml

Tested versions: NA (code is functionally identical to v1.0.0)
