Bug Fixes
• Fixed the issue where fireworks converted from creepers did not explode: when the firework effect in the configuration is missing or the format is invalid, it now automatically falls back to the default burst effect, ensuring the firework always produces a visible explosion.

• Fixed the issue where /cc reseteffect resetting the effect list to empty caused fireworks to be permanently "dud": after reset, the default effect is now automatically written back.

• Fixed a potential type conversion exception that could occur when /cc seteffect displays fireworks.

• After a creeper triggers a conversion, the original entity is now removed, preventing a non-exploding creeper from remaining.

• bStats initialization failure no longer affects the plugin's normal startup.

Compatibility
• Bukkit version: Supports Spigot/Paper 1.9.4 ~ latest (Java 8+, compiled based on spigot-api 1.9.4).

• Folia version: Supports Folia 1.19.4 ~ latest; all Bukkit scheduler calls have been removed, replaced with Folia thread-safe scheduling (entity scheduler / global region scheduler), and fixed thread safety issues in asynchronous language detection callbacks.
