This update focuses on improving staff management reliability, fixing permission handling issues, and expanding moderation tools.

🐛 Fixed — Role Management Stacking Bug

Resolved a major permission logic issue where editing a staff member's role could stack old permission nodes instead of replacing them properly.

✅ New Behavior

When a player's role is changed:

Previous creeperstaff.* permissions are fully cleared
Old rank nodes are removed correctly
New permissions are applied cleanly without stacking

This prevents permission conflicts and inconsistent staff access.

➕ Added — `/staff remove`

Implemented full backend support for removing players from the staff team.
