3a11073 Added missing dye/potion support for tipped arrows.

• Updated the CratesExample.yml to how to use DisplayPotions for the Muscle Man potion.
• Fixed an issue where the wrong true/false options were used when adding a potion effect leading to minor cosmetic issues.
• Added "type" field to potions where you now define the potion type instead. Existing configurations should work, but please migrate to the new format as soon as possible.
• Fixed potion colors not applying to display items.
