New Features & Changes

1. Crafters Synergy API (Inter-Plugin Security)

• Implemented and finalized the "Crafters Synergy" API, allowing other plugins in the suite (such as CraftersLogin) to safely interact with the StaffMode and Vanish systems.
• CraftersStaff now registers its API through Bukkit's service manager, allowing CraftersLogin to consume it without requiring a hard dependency.
• Added a secret-key-based security system in the configuration. External API requests are automatically blocked if the secret key sent by the requesting plugin doesn't match the one configured in CraftersStaff, preventing abuse from malicious plugins.

2. State Stability Improvements (Vanish/StaffMode)

• The API allows temporarily suspending and silently re-enabling moderation modes.
• This fixes visibility and bypass issues during CraftersLogin's authentication flow, ensuring staff members are never invisible or able to move while on the authentication screen.
• Mode restoration is fully transparent and does not notify the rest of the server.

3. Code Cleanup & Optimization

• Removed irrelevant blank messages and standardized the use of internal components.
• Bumped the base version to 2.7.
