Safety update for the default reset configuration.

Fixed

• Disabled automatic scheduled resets by default in the shipped configuration.
• Disabled automatic Chunky pregeneration by default in the shipped configuration.
• Removed the hardcoded shipped last-reset-date runtime value from the default configuration.
• Added safe initialization for empty or invalid last-reset-date values when automatic resets are enabled for the first time.
• Prevented automatic resets from running immediately after a fresh installation or first enable.

Notes

• Existing servers keep their current configuration.
• Fresh installations now start with automatic resets disabled for safety.
• To enable scheduled resets, set reset.enabled to true and reload the plugin or restart the server.
• When enabled for the first time, the plugin stores the current date as the scheduler start date and does not run an immediate reset.
