Safety

• CoreCaseX now disables itself with a clear console error when Paper 1.21.11+ or the required Paper Dialog API is unavailable.
• Configuration validation now warns about invalid priorities, webhook URLs, reply notification scopes, case limits, cooldowns, and unsafe SQLite paths before they cause runtime failures.

Compatibility

• Metrics use the server-wide bStats setting in plugins/bStats/config.yml; no CoreCaseX metrics key or data migration is required.
