Quality of life changes:

• made the screens (ban message mute message etc) 10 times better to look at.
• added a GUI system to the history command.
• added better support for alt management.
• added operator bypass

bug fixes:

• alt management slash alt checks were not working.
• a weird console error with higher versions.
• history command was broken
