Downloads 17 built-in libraries on server start (Gson, Rhino, LuaJ, Jython, HttpClient, OkHttp, Guava, ASM, MVEL2, Reflections, Commons Lang3, Commons IO, SnakeYAML, VaultAPI, LuckPerms API, ProtocolLib, and more)
Extracts each .jar into /plugins/CodeLib/extractedLibs/<name>/
Reads codelib-conf.yml for toggle control over downloads, caching, and cleanup
Supports custom extra dependencies via extraDeps.yml
Self-disables after libraries are ready — no persistent footprint
Full bootstrap logging sequence via Paper's bootstrapper + initializer
