Custom Messages
CustomMessages adds new custom join and leave messages, as well as a private join message for the player.

Changes + New functions:
- From now on, a description of the configuration options is available in the config.yml file.
- The standard private join message has been slightly modified using the bold format, so the player name is now in bold.
