Cloudboard

Hi guys. I know its been quite a while since the last update, however I have been quite busy.

This update compromises of additional commands using /sb, such as:

• /sb setprofile [profilename] | Sets a specific scoreboard for the player, created in the config
• /sb unsetprofile | Removes the set scoreboard and uses the dynamic scoreboards instead.
• /sb viewprofile[s] | Shows all profiles that the plugin recognises from the config.

As well as that, there are a couple more config options added to the config.

This release REQUIRES the packetevents plugin

If you guys spot any issues or bugs with the plugin. Please let me know and I'll try my best to fix them in the next update.
