ChunkVeil 0.4.0

• Added in-game update notifications. Admins with chunkveil.update get a clickable download link on join when a newer release is available for their exact Minecraft version. Check manually with /chunkveil update. The checker only reads version metadata and never downloads anything. Disable with update-checker.enabled: false.
• Added anonymous aggregate usage statistics via bStats. No world data, player data, or server address is sent. Opt out with metrics.enabled: false.

Supported: Paper 1.21.x and 26.0-26.2, Java 21, requires ProtocolLib. Upgrading from 0.3.0: drop in the new jar and restart. New config sections are added automatically.
