Update v3.0.0 - CheatClientDetector

This update makes the plugin more stable, expands detection to many new mods, and improves the scanning process.

What is new?

• Standalone Plugin: The plugin no longer requires ProtocolLib to run. It operates fully independently and resolves startup connection conflicts ("void future" errors) on Minecraft 1.21+.
• Reliable Sign Scans: The 8 sign check phases now run sequentially (one after the other). This prevents data from overlapping, ensuring all 8 phases are scanned successfully without skipping.
• Continuous Scanning: The scan no longer stops after the first detection. If a player is using multiple mods, the plugin will complete all 8 phases and provide admins with a complete list of all detected modifications.
• Large Mod Database Expansion: Added detection rules for over 24 new mods, including various Freecam mods, Replay mods, Auto-Clickers, Auto-Totems, and utility mods (e.g., JourneyMap, SeedCrackerX, X-Ray).
