What's new in version 1.13?

• added external NBT support to trigger commands via items from other plugins! (e.g., DeluxeHub -> hotbar items)
• added support for specific item matching using the "plugin:key=value" format (e.g., for specific DeluxeHub items)
• added support for generic item matching using the "plugin:key" format
• added external-nbt-tags section in the config
• improved item validation logic to prioritize NBT tags for more precise hit detection
• optimized configuration reloading to include the new external NBT list
• made some structure and design changes to config.yml
