ChatPlugin

This version includes experimental support for Fabric and support for Minecraft 1.21.9, 1.21.10 and 1.21.11, introduces important technical changes (such as the switch from Adventure to the BungeeCord Chat API), fixes the MSPT module and some other bugs.
