1.1.0 - Rebrand to ChatControl

Major Changes

• Rebrand: Project renamed from vChatUtils to ChatControl
• Package Rename: pl.vprolabs.vchatutils → xyz.vprolabs.chatcontrol
• Permission Rename: vchatutils.* → chatcontrol.*

Removals

• Removed vManager integration completely
• Removed stale pom.xml (legacy Maven build file)

• Updated README with new template and improved documentation

Changes

• Command: Main command changed from /chat to /chatcontrol
• Alias: Added /cc alias (toggleable via short-alias in config)
• Removed: Old /czat and /vchat aliases
• Platform: Added guaranteed Spigot, Paper, and Purpur support (switched to Spigot API)
• Polish aliases: Now default to false (disabled). Toggle via polish-aliases in config.yml
• Clear chat: /cc clear <player> clears a specific player's chat

Bug Fixes

• Chat format: Fixed legacy color codes (&) not rendering in chat — LuckPerms prefix/suffix now properly converted to section signs, serializer changed to legacySection()
• Clear chat: Fixed clear sending \n-joined single message (client kept scrollback). Now sends 300 individual empty Component messages per player, pushing old lines out of scrollback
