Character Cards

Character Cards version 1.3.2

- added missing placeholders
- all placeholders now have a version that strips the color codes, example: %charactercard_name% (with color codes) -> %charactercard_name_plain% (without color codes)
- registering /realname command will now always work

To update the plugin, just delete the old version and drag the new one into the plugins folder. I recommend to first boot up test server and see config changes
