Catalog

Here's what's new in this version:

• removed plugins can be put back, either from /catalog trash or with the Undo that now appears when you remove one
• removing a plugin no longer asks you to confirm, since undoing it is one click
• removals can be deleted one at a time
• removals are deleted after 30 days, which you can change or turn off in the config
• stopped asking for a restart after putting back a plugin that never stopped running

Thanks for reading, see you next version!
