Catalog

Here's what's new in this version:

• /catalog untrack <plugin> stops Catalog tracking a plugin without removing the jar
• /catalog track <jar> tracks it again
• untracked plugins are listed after the tracked ones, with a button to track them
• Untrack is on each plugin's settings screen
• the trash message says whether the jar is removed now or on restart
• mystical bug fixes

Thanks for reading, see you next version!
