i made this because i played an smp with alot of cheaters who wouldnt listen to the rules of the smp

• /itemblocker [add,remove,list] [item,potion] [name] to block items or keep having them
• /itemlimiter [add,remove,list] [item,potion] [name] [amount] limiting items
• /enchantlimiter [add,remove,list] [name] [level] limiting enchant levels
