Building Competition

This is the first stable version of the plugin.

In this release:

• Moved commands into seperate files
• Teleport the player to the corner of their plot if the center is obstructed
  • This includes a migration system, for adding the new teleportX, teleportY, and teleportZ values to plots.yml
• Keep the player from leaving their plot, with a configurable distance from a WorldGuard region
• Moved getPlotWorld and getRegionManager to the Utils class
