Building Competition

A Minecraft paper plugin for a long-term building competition.

In this release:

• Create tiled plots for a user upon running a command
• Use WorldGuard for defining areas where a user can edit their plot
• Configure the buildable area to disallow breaking the walls of the plot
• Send the user to their plot if it already exists
