A chat bubble plugin for Paper 1.26.1.2. Displays player chat messages as a floating bubble above their head, separate from the regular chat box.

Features

• Chat bubble appears above a player's head when they type a message, automatically follows them, and disappears after a few seconds
• Regular chat (the normal chat box) still works as usual, independent from bubbles
• Bubbles and normal chat can be toggled on/off separately — turn off either one or both
• Players can disable their own bubble individually with /bubbletoggle, saved permanently per player
• Fully configurable via config.yml: bubble height, text color, background color & opacity, display duration, scale, and character limit
• Admin command /chatbubble to reload the config and change global settings without restarting the server
