Open maps like gm_construct and gm_flatgrass now build.

The 3D skybox (the small copy of the scenery the sky shows) is left out when it sits away from the map.
The sky is cut off 24 blocks above the highest thing in the map and roofed with the sky block. Set sky-headroom in config.yml to keep more, or 0 to keep all of it.
A map too big for the server's memory at the chosen scale no longer crashes the import. It stops with a message suggesting a scale that fits.

Requires Paper 26.3 or newer and Java 25.
